Our workshops are equipped with sophisticated production lines and equipment designed for specific stages of the production process, including:-

water jet looms
high temperature overflow dyeing equipment
high temperature roll-dyeing equipment
setting equipment
coating equipment

Production capacity for the existing production facilities is approx. 14 m yard/quarter (3 month) or 56 m yard/year. When the new plant is ready, we will gradually (by minimizing the distortion to the existing operation) move the existing production lines and equipment to the new factory, which is just 5-10 minutes away from our existing factory. In terms of area, the new plant is more than 2 times bigger than the old factory.
